How we work

A property photograph has one job: get somebody to book a viewing. That means light, straight lines, and rooms that look like themselves. We will not stretch a bedroom with an extreme lens or drop in a sky that was never there — a buyer who feels misled at the door does not make an offer.

We shoot around the light rather than fighting it, which usually means arriving when a particular side of the building is facing the sun. Tell us which way the balcony faces and we will plan the time from that.

Getting the property ready

Preparation changes the result more than any camera. Surfaces clear, bins and cables out of frame, blinds open, bulbs matching, cars moved off the drive. We will send a short checklist when the booking is confirmed.

If the property is occupied, an hour before we arrive is usually enough. If it is being handed over empty, earlier is better — an empty room photographs well, a half-cleared one does not.

Delivery

Edited images sized for listing portals, for print brochures and for social, delivered in a gallery you can download from directly.

Agents and developers working to a listing deadline should say so when booking. Turnaround can be shortened when we know in advance.
