How we work
A corporate event is photographed for a purpose — a press release, a report, a careers page — and that purpose decides what matters. Tell us what the photographs are for before the day and we will shoot for it, rather than handing over four hundred frames for someone to sift.
We work without interrupting. No calling a speaker back to the lectern, no rearranging a panel, no flash into a keynote. If a grip-and-grin is needed we will set it up in a gap, not in the middle of the programme.
What you receive
A selected, edited set in an online gallery your team can download from directly — sized for web and for print, so nobody has to ask for a bigger file later.
Where an event needs something the same day, we can deliver a small set within a few hours for social and press, with the full gallery following.
Booking
Send the running order when you have it, even a draft. Knowing when the awards start and where the CEO enters is the difference between covering an event and chasing it.
For multi-day conferences and anything needing more than one photographer, two to three weeks' notice gives us the best chance of the right team.
