That shows up in practical ways rather than sentimental ones: we can scout a venue the same week it is booked, a late addition to a shot list is not a logistical problem, and an early call time does not start with an hour on the road.

What we photograph here
Everything we do - weddings, receptions, naming ceremonies, birthdays and portrait sessions, along with product and commercial work photographed in the studio itself.
Planning around the place
Being local means scheduling around the light rather than around the drive, which is the thing that most often gets compromised elsewhere. For sessions at the studio we can also keep equipment and backdrops set up and ready instead of packing for every eventuality, so a session can change direction without stopping.
